I was very new to Tampa, and I had already tried to work with a couple local agents to my dissatisfaction. I felt like they were showing me the homes they thought were easiest to sell to me, and were not listening to what my needs were. I needed a full service agent who new South Tampa and the South Tampa market, would be Flexible with their schedule, due to the constraints of mine, and would have done their due diligence in research and be totally prepared every time we were able to meet. Kelly Osborn has sold two houses and a vacant property for me. She also found my new home and helped me buy it at a great price. The first house she sold for me had been listed with another agent for 6 months with not a single offer. Kelly had several contracts within the first month and we sold at the asking price. Last year she sold my house in south Tampa. Kelly worked very hard to get our house as much exposure as possible by placing ads and having open house.
